Thank you for visiting my homepage. My name is Connie Balram, Owner & Operator of In A Heartbeat Health & Safety Training. I provide AHA Approved CPR training to the community on a regular basis, focusing primarily on Heartsaver CPR - A Layrescuer course lasting approximately 4 hours.

Construction Zone - Follow detour signs at Kaiser Drive, through parking lot, where you will arrive at the Executive Court North Building complex. Look for SFCS.

Trainer BIO:
I have held a variety of positions in the field of adult education in the last 16 years. I am employed at a local Resource & Referral agency, where I advocate for the needs of children and families.
I am a certified American Heart Association trainer which is EMSA approved. I have trained for a variety of programs and individuals throughout the years, such as 1000's of family child care providers, Fairfield Suisun Child Development Center, Sutter Health,
and many others.
I am one of many Health & Safety trainers in the community. Whether you choose myself or any of my colleages, I can guarantee that this knowledge will not only benefit yourself, but the many individuals within your family, and business circle. I would be happy to train you in these valuable skills, but also invite you to explore all other training options within the community, as there is a wonderful "melting pot" of trainers, just waiting to expand your learning.
