 AHA PEDIATRIC AND ADULT CPR
This American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR course covers infant, child, and adult CPR and choking for the lay rescuer. This energetic course will provide valuable lifesaving CPR techniques.
POLICIES & REFUNDS:
- Payment: Your payment must be received in order to secure your space in the course of your choice. Payment must be mailed to: In A Heartbeat, 4160 Suisun Valley Road, E-226, Fairfield, CA 94534. To secure your space now, pay online.
- Cancellation/Transfer: In A Heartbeat is unable to reimburse participants unless given at least 3 FULL days advance notice. Example: For a class on Sunday at 8:00 am, I must be notified by NO LATER THAN the previous Thursday, at 8:00 am. Your payment will be forfeited if I do not receive this notice. Transfers will uphold the same notice allowance.
- Absence: If you do not attend the scheduled course, arrive late, or fail to follow the cancellation policy, you forfeit your payment.
- Late Arrival: If you arrive and the door is locked, you are late, and will not be permitted to attend the course. Note: Traffic along the I-80 corridor is unpredictable so plan accordingly.Follow clearly marked detour signs to Executive Court training facility.
- A processing fee will be applied if the bank refuses, and/or returns your check. Subsequently, cash will be required. BE AWARE THAT I WORK WITH THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY TO SECURE PAYMENT - "CHECK RESTITUTION PROGRAM". Writing checks without funds is a FEDERAL OFFENSE.
- Guests: Guests are not allowed in the training area unless pre-arranged with the business owner. Childcare is not available.
- Meals or snacks: Food, eating, and/or chewing gum is not permitted once the training begins.
- Minimum Training Age: Children may attend as paid participants, assuming they will not be a distraction to the other participants. Please consider a child's size, strength, and abilities in order to succeed in this course.
- CPR Certification: No one is guaranteed a CPR certification. You must pass all components of this course in order to receive the official 2-year CPR card.

Many organizations find this more convenient to their group, and classes often finish in a shorter amount of time. There are no hidden fees for classes at your site. - Facility Set-Up/Requirements: I will be bringing the manikins and all items needed to perform the skills of Infant, Child, and Adult CPR.
- Equipment Needed: TV (large enough for group viewing), DVD player w/remote, tables and chairs. Access to handwashing.
